Order Delivery/Pick Up Policy

Thank you for shopping with Healthy Pet Life LLC! Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your order is on its way or ready for pick up.

Local Delivery — Metro Atlanta Area

We offer next day local delivery within the metro Atlanta area!

At check out, once you enter your address you will see the option for delivery. Delivery is free if you are located within 30 miles of zip code 30342. Please indicate any specific delivery instructions (ex. leave at garage door, ring top bell, etc.).

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, or other factors outside our control.

Local Pickup — Sandy Springs, GA

We offer free same day local pickup at our Sandy Springs location (zip code 30342) for customers in the area. When checking out, select Local Pickup as your delivery method. You will receive a notification when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when you come to collect.

Pickup is available 7 days a week from 8am-9pm.

Carrier Shipping

We are currently preparing to launch carrier shipping. Carrier shipping will be available starting the end of November 2026. Once live, we will offer national shipping.
